Pellers next club

He's come out and said that he's turned down offers to manage clubs recently so that he can stay in the Premiership.
He mentioned that he's turned down clubs part of the City Football Group and clubs overseas.

My own personal opinion is that he's stupid and should have gone abroad, with only really Everton or potentially Watford looking likely to bin their managers this summer. Potentially Spurs will be looking if Pochettino moves on to someone better but I wouldn't bet on that job coming available.

On the bright side, if he does go to Everton maybe he'll take Bony with him..

Unlikely, now he's seen him play.

Everton is a good shout though.

Arsenal isn't out of the question either. Plenty of folks would like to see change and because Weng4r has been there so long it is not a dissimilar situation to that at the swamp when bacon left. They might just go for an old, experienced head for a couple of years as replacing someone who has been in situ for a long time is not easy

I'd be interested in which jobs we'd offered him.

The Tarquins were indeed mentioned as a possible destination in The Star today so it's not a bad shout that.

Replacing one senile old bastard with another. I can see it happening.

Great topic.

I reckon he would have been offered all the CFG clubs.

I could see Pochetino moving on and Pellers replacing him.

My boss is a Everton fans and really wants Pellers at the helm. He wouldn't have to move far.

Suggested Everton here a while back and still think it's a real possibility.

Yeah, I think him signing a new contract was a way for Spurs to get more compensation when he leaves.

I think he's going to Real Madrid. This could pave the way for Pellegrini to take over at White Hart Lane.

On today's performance, I think Blackpool is to good for him, (not him to good for them)shocking so far, truly shocking

Football's a trend and reputation sensitive sport when it comes to managerial appointments. Had he left after last season, he would've been mentioned in connection with the top clubs. I'm not sure he gets the same type of chances after this season and although he certainly has his fault, and has lost points because of these faults, I still feel he's been undermined by his looming departure and the lack of a replacement for Yaya.
