Pep vs. Moanio - anybody worried?

I'm not. I think the Rags are making a big mistake with this call (pure desperation).

1. Moanio is a spent force with an added bonus that he will leave them in a bad state if he lasts 3 years:)
2. He does not play the 'United way', his teams are boring and cynical. The 'fans' will get restless quickly.
3. Its all about the best players and getting them to play (attitude and tactics).
Pep will get his first choices (top players will want to play for him) and he will know how to motivate and set up his team.
4. The academy is about to bear fruit (based on the reports I read here). Who better than Pep to take advantage?

I would be interested to hear what other posters think.

Is it wrong to hope they win the cup and hang onto LVG?

LVG will be gone regardless of whether they win the cup. Once attendances start falling and fans vote against boring football with their feet, then the writing is on the wall. Can't have been more than 50000 through the turnstiles at the swamp the other night. Failure to get top 4 will be the final nail in his coffin, cup win or no cup win.

Pep by way of Mourinho? I'm confused.

Anyhow, why are we taking it as a given that the special cunt will bs managing at the swamp next season? Have I missed something?

I'm still not convinced he will be.

Sky is reporting he is taking over after the season regardless of the FA Cup final.

Anyone with credibility reporting it?

To be fair he is usually a winner. However I do think he has the capacity to bring that fetid club to their knees.
Fans will be divided on him and how he plays, and the board already is. Plenty of opportunity for in fighting.

No surprises with the founding of the fourth Reich, Rags and Mourinho, totally classless way to break the news.
They really do deserve each other and will end up the same way as the third Reich.
I am going to enjoy every minute of it.

I'm bored with it already. The manger shouldn't be of such interest to the media. I dare say Pep and Maureen will enjoy it.

I don't worry about the rags. I don't even worry about City.

To answer your question- no I'm not worried.

Surprised to be honest. This guy could fuck up their club permanently, given the owners. I didn't think I could despise them more than I do but with the poisonous cunt joining them the odiium has just gone up a notch. And in answer to the OP, no I'm not worried (even in the slightest).
