Ronaldo

Went off clutching his hamstring last night, could be out on Tuesday. That would be a huge boost for us if he is injured, add Bale to that and we wouldn't have a better chance.

If it's a hamstring strain and he only rests for the weekend game it could really snap in the game against us.

This is the spoilt brat who managed to get himself sent off in the derby at the Etihad a few years back. Shame the lads wont be able to rattle his cage again !

Yeah that was a great Derby , warm sunny winter day, had a tenner on City at 33-1 for a 3-1 result and almost got on to slide tackle Sinclair to stop the fourth going in the last minutes of the game.

Zidane confirmed it is not an injury that will keep him out of the game in Manchester. Docs on the drug run again then. It's a miracle.

All the spaniards are doping I think.

Pep will bring some great doctors so that we can compete tho.

Then we will get busted and the hate will spill over into points docked, sale of the club and administration. Ah well it was good well it lasted. I had fun.

Cheers

Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale returned to training on Thursday as the club prepare for their La Liga match against Ray Vallecano on Saturday.

Bale sat out Wednesday's 3-0 win over Villarreal with back pain amid media reports in Spain that he had injured himself playing golf on Sunday.

But a club statement said that Bale had rejoined the group and included photos of the Wales international training and suggested that he may be ready to play the next league match.

"Gareth Bale rejoined the group and undertook running and shooting exercises alone before finishing the session with the rest of his teammates. Real Madrid Castilla players Borja Mayoral, Martin Odegaard and Marcos Llorente also took part in the session," the statement said.

I want these fuckers at full strength when we play them, so they have no excuses.

Absolutely. But if Bale, Tranny, Isco, Benzema, Ramos and Rodriguez all catch bird flu this weekend and manage to miss both games, I'll cope.

I couldnt care less about excuses. The weaker their side the better. We may not see another semi final for a year or two. Lets make the most of this one

Good hope she misses both ties.

I seem to recall he never turned up against us whilst at the rags, even stephen jordan had him in his pocket one game.

He was instrumental (along with some slapstick defending) in our last game against real, but as great a player as he is, i simply dont see him as much more than a flat track bully who often doesnt do much against the top teams.

At least thats what im telling myself, but if we reduce the space for him to run with the ball, shoot outside the box, and cover him at corners, i think we can frustrate him, maybe with fernandinho doing a 1-1 job on him

I was just thinking this is a job for Ferd 1.

Get at him with both speaking portuguese, clatter him a few times , all innocent of course , would get the lady boy going crazy.
