Thought we bummed them myself, only the fuckers at Sky to try and find solace in the fact that Brum scored first and were heading for a wank-fest.
Thoughts?

Wtf, they're doing an old Real squad against our current!
In fact, that's a massive compliment, they just don't know it.

Good win after a massive mid week game. Three points and injury free is all we needed. Nothing more.

Played well second half in the main thought we deserved 3 points. West brom could have come to the Etihad and rolled over. They didn't prob because teams now come to our place with more belief that they may get a result. We had to work hard but as I said felt we deserved it. I'm sure there are plenty ready to shoot me down in flames for being remotely positive but I'll always call it as I see it and have broad enough shoulders.
Nasri's performance was a nice surprise I thought kun was some way back to his best lacks a bit of confidence in telling areas which perhaps typifies the way we've been playing in recent months but thought his work rate was phenomenal just too much of it outside the box. Hope he's not badly injured the fact that he sat on our bench after coming off is a positive. Fingers crossed.

I'm always positive mate, fuck those who aren't
I've always liked Nasri"s play, he has a mind that controls the ball, close control at that. There's not many that can do what he does, and whilst he's coming back.
As for Sergio, he should be fine but I reckon the oppo is more looking at Kev. It's like a magician though, look at my left hand while I finger you with my right.

Three points.
No injuries.
Nasri looking hungry which bodes well for rest of PL campaign.
Positives from today. The negatives can wait for a day we lose

Ref and linesman on the CB side were abysmal - only excuse can be working for a betting ring - Sergio given offside twice for no reason - great tackle by the ref to start their move for the first goal - and so many offside that were not given against them.
Lads did well nasri was great and Kora had a good game going forward - even navas got three great crosses in even if no one was there to finish them - Sergio had to come too deep before KDB and yaya came on so no one leading the line - bony is way way out of his depth with the way we play - great striker if you build a team around him but no way should he be on the pitch for us.
Great win after the mid week efforts so happy on the train south after that and def bring my 9 year old lad again he has never seen them lose at home and screams his head off all game long

Another dire game.
Was it a dream less than two years ago that we use to blow teams away at home.
As I keep saying the summer cannot come fast enough and with this squad this has been one of the biggest failings in premiership history.

Amazed everybody is wanking Nasri off.
Slowed play to a walking pace and looked incapable of going past a man out wide.
Zero creativity until Yaya and Kev Brown came on.
We scored what proved to be the winner then stopped playing again.
The win is the important part

Just got back. Wet wet wet....
Have to agree with you Piccs. Thought Nasri pretty average overall (by his standards and allowing for lack of match practice)
The game was pretty loose until Tin Tin arrived
One touch and great vision
Boney was awful. Felt sorry for him really.
But great result in terrible conditions (for me that is!)

Home now drying off ...........
Also Pellegrini is seriously doing my head in with stupid starting selections like today ???? Bony is clearly out of his depth , Iheanacho is a proven young talent and Pellegrini won't select him ??? Kun is still on the pitch after 88 mins with a huge game looming on Tuesday ??? WTF is going on with the old cunts decision making ???

not sure why people are upset with the lineup and the match.
its literally exactly what i expected given the fixture list, injury list, and opponent.
the lineup was always going to be what it was. it was hold on for 60ish (or take a lead) and then try and win it with the quality subs who were given a rest due to recently coming back from injury.
thats all it was going to be.
good match. awful to watch but good match.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Joe Hart's impression of an aubergine gets more impressive with each passing week.

agree with that. he isn't exactly proving anything to pep that'll keep him without serious comp from another keeper. He needs that anyway obvs.
cheers
