Gets my fuckin blood boiling when he is ever in the team.Worst waste of money ever by us, Swansea must have pissed themselves laughing when we paid 28 million for that lump of shite.

Maybe they know how shit he is dunno, bet it's awkward in the changing rooms

At one point in the first half Bony passed the ball cross-field straight over Aguero's head into touch. The look on Aguero's face was priceless (nonetheless, he still applauded Bony for the attempt).

tbf in their setup, in that team...he was very good. Perhaps not great, but very good.

In our setup, with our style and our talent he's simply shown he's out of his depth. Nothing really wrong with that. I don't feel badly for him. I don't like to watch him as he's an absolute turd on the pitch in this squad. And getting selected in front of Nacho is fucking criminal. And has made him a hate figure of sorts, to put it mildly.

Anyway, there is only one undead, wrinkly, grey cunt who is responsible for this...and it's not Pony hisself. Obvs.

cheers

Very clearly put Doomy. In fairness you called out Pony's terminal inadequacies at this level well before others including me.

I think you will find I started the hate mails...Doomy just nodded his bald head in agreement.

How could I forget you Carl as the first among many to come to the correct conclusion about Pony. It may be that the colourful way in which Doomy expresses himself inexcusably led me to overlook this essential fact. Many apologies!

He should be moved on in the summer.

Me too.

Maybe if he had not gotten so unlucky with malaria and injuries for a player who was never injured before he would have done better. His confidence seems destroyed and that is really unfortunate. He has talent, and did some good things for us early in the season whilst not scoring too many goals that weren't put on a plate, but it's pretty much gone wrong since then. There was actually a point where he had a decent goal and assist tally to games, or at least was "involved" in build up (I remember one with Yaya that was brilliant) that helped me keep hope he just needed to settle in.

It hasn't happened, and his lack of pace is really showing to be an issue with our style of play. We can't run Sterling and Navas down the wings or press high effectively with someone who can't get to the right positions to meet the ball in time. Aguero likes to drop deep sometimes, so makes sense to have a poacher like Nacho in there, who also has more pace and knack for putting the ball in the back of the net so far this season.

Bony was a beast at Swansea, including against us as I recall. He had the most goals in a year in the PL before he signed with us. It's a shame, but he will be moved on, clearly at this point. Rumour is West Ham as a possible destination.

Pretty much says it really, good talent in a system not complimenting him. He stands in the middle on the pitch and waits for the ball, and our system is all about player movement. He has/will look good in other teams, he was a stop gap for us and has not work out. I wish him the best but if all else fails I'm sure he can become a great body builder ;)

Bony : I look better than you running
Kolarov : In your fucking dreams

Can Pep show true genius and make Bony score 20 goals next season for us?

Did I fall asleep for a few years? Because last I remember, Garry Monk never managed City, let alone got Bony to score 20 goals for us...

It's one thing doing nice skills in training it's another doing it in a game under pressure.
Nonsense video.

I think Bony would be a good player if the game was played at that pace. Because that also seemed to be his maximum pace from what I saw last season

My bigger take away was how Pep seems to have a good relationship with Bony and was joking with him during training than the actual juggling (which most kids can do anyways)

If that means we get to see the back of him, I agree.
