That is all very true but the fact is he will never get that recognition, never in a meaningful way, not in a million years. It will always be about Scholes, Giggs, Gerrard, etc etc.
Yaya will be forgotten very quickly by those pricks in the 'media'.

100% correct and thought this yesterday. He has one of the best goal ratios for a CM in the premier league and on his day a total beast.

If we could get that much it would be tremendous business. I'm thinking more like 5 mill. He has 1 year left and is 33 years old. Will be taking a gigantic pay cut, but figure it will be a 3 year deal with enough incentives to make up for it.
