The good news is that according to the OS, Kompany will be available and Silva is “OK”, and Pellegrini has been reported as saying that together with Aguero and Toure, these four represent hope of getting a result against Pochettino’s men. Many of us though will not want Yaya to start, and instead have Aguero and Nacho in attack, and Silva and Sterling as their support. But Pellegrini?
Our defence and midfield remain a concern, with our lack of options in midfield with KDB, Delph and Navas injured, and Silva hopefully fit enough to start; likewise with our defence: Sagna and Mangala injured, and Kompany just returning.
Quite a bleak summary, but will we have enough to bounce back against our loss at home to Leicester?
