I would be extremely happy to get Kroos. Love to have Pogba as well but I reckon Spain is his destination.

Can't say I'm thrilled with this. Then again, we need at least one centre back if not two and I can't say with any certainty who I think would be the best option. Time will tell as they say. But that's two injured played we are rumoured to be on the verge of signing. Wonder how rigorous will the medical be?

Laporte has posted videos of his return to training and is now working with the ball so he's not injured although he may well still be short of match fitness but who won't be at the start of the pre-season

I'm totally fine with our policy of only signing injured players all summer. It'll keep my expectations muted and somewhat reasonable.
