Or the Brazilian kid from PSG? Both are Peps style.

If we haven't already ended all interest in Ilkay Gundogan then surely we will now..........

Ilkay Gundogan suffers serious knee injury to rule him out of Euro 2016 and potentially scupper Manchester City move

Ilkay Gundogan's summer transfer to Manchester City is in doubt, after the Borussia Dortmund midfielder picked up another serious injury.

The German international is out of Euro 2016 this summer, after dislocating a knee in training on Wednesday.

He missed training yesterday and Dortmund have today confirmed their fear that the 25-year-old had suffered another injury setback.

Gundogan has been strongly linked with a summer move to the Etihad, with Pep Guardiola having made him one of his primary targets this summer.

Representatives for the midfielder were pictured meeting City's director of football Txiki Begiristain in Amsterdam in March.

if we're after a CB with a broken leg and dislocated ankle we'll prob still go after a guy with "only" a dislocated kneecap.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

N'Golo Kante would be a solid player to add more energy in the midfield. Better than Fernando, and if Yaya leaves, would keep our bald black player quotient.

So that's Laporte and Gudongan now injured.

Any chance we could start targeting some Arsenal players before Sunday?

A dislocated knee cap shouldn't take more than six weeks to heal. Should be available for part of pre season at least. Since out of Euros will be more rested. Good news that Fernandinho not in Copa America squad. Again proper rest over the summer. I wish Silva could miss the Euros; he really needs a rest.

A guy I worked with a while back, old fella, lives in Frankfurt, but very good on football media, had some words last week, but I don't know how to take them.

He is the type of old school journo, the type that has his news from 3 sources. Anyway, he said that Guardiola will go for Xhaka, with Kramers as a back-up. The kosovo/swiss/albanian is his key to the system he will use and also a leader. He will try to milk Dortmund for Gundogan, it does not matter how many times he gets injured. He tried to contact him in the last month and the german is unsettled, plus the decision of Hummels made him really interested in a move here.

But as I said, Kramer is also a player he wants. I did no see him, well, watched Leverkusen this season, but I did not pay attention at his game.

To be fair, I was expecting him to say Thiago Alcantara, but no.

My guess is that we are getting Busquets.

Where? And by whom? You couldn't possibly provide a link to where you found these snippets, could you, mate?
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Sorry pal. Doing this on the mobile and copy-pasting links between the URL code thing on here is quite tough (for me at least)
