Pellers Out?

Pellers Out?

Postby ShimmyShaker » Sat Feb 06, 2016 3:11 pm

I don't post here very often and asking such an incendiary question might be considered wumming behaviour but I would like to see Pellers take an early bath. I am fairly sure that it will never happen because our owners don't behave irrationally and Pellers has done us proud by fucking the media off with their agenda against us. When he came here he put out the fires and got us playing some good stuff, his first season wasn't perfect but he got us a couple of pots.

However, now we have a real chance at winning the league cup, a good draw in the CL and healthily placed in the league, but we are playing some awful footy. Pellers stubborness with team selections is killing me, the lack of desire shown by most of our players along with shit tactics makes watching City as frustrating as any time I can remember, maybe my expectations are too high? I can honestly see us winning fuck all just to act as honourably as possible to Pellers.

Football is a ruthless business and while we dither, or act honourably if you see it that way, others will profit at our expense.

He's got a point though. It wont happen but Pellers needs to rattle a few cages and we all know he wont. Skipper for Spurs? Step forward Mr Toure

Yaya can f*k off. I never want to see him in our shirt again.
China beckons . If we can get ten for him then brilliant.

I don't get the hate on Yaya. A big part of what we've achieved and now clearly past it.

Pellers is the one who plays him.

I will always love Yaya for what he has done for us. Massive club legend of the future when we all look back. His time has gone, he looks worse with every game. Pellers is at fault for picking him as well.

Spot on.

Yaya will be remembered fondly for what he has done, no doubt about that. but he has to start on the bench next weekend imo. we can't afford to play spurs with ten men.

Fans never like to see players who look as if they aren't arsed. Yaya strolls around the place so his style grates. I'm afraid he's a complete bystander off the ball which just isn't good enough. Also he's not as good on the ball any more. Gets robbed too often and his surges from midfield, spectacular shots etc are few and far between.

No, no, no!

Make him captain.

It's worked well all season. Let's continue it.

Today really frustrated me - I know we're lacking fit players but Leicester have been a one trick pony all season - clog their box then break with pace
We had the slowest defense configuration possible in the back 4 and the attackers were tip tapping the ball trying to thread it through a packed defense
Today was entirely pellegrinis fault - he had his tactics and team setup all wrong and as usual, no real plan b until it's too late

Sacking him however - is pointless - he's popular in the dressing room and I don't think handing the reigns to Kidd for the rest if the season would make a jot of difference

He won't be sacked. He will stay regardless until Pep. He has been a real disappointment this season

Like it or not we have him until the end of the season. Not a cat in Hells chance he will be replaced by another guy for the next 3 months. Let's not forget the crippling injury list has hampered our season.

I like the guy and though we know he is going whatever happens, I for one think we should show our support and respect to him for the remainder of his time here

I hope Pellegrini shows some sense and plays a defensive side next week. Play fernando and delph in front of the back two clowns. Leaving them two exposed is as thick as it gets. Keep the full backs in defense. Hopefully we will get a draw.

Stupid thread considering what's happened this past week. Yes I'm as fustrated as the next person and yes I fear this season going Pete Tong but let him see put his time. If not as a mark of respect for what he has done then for the sake of all the shit we would get him going before end of the Season. The media really would have a field day with us.

Also who would take over were such a daft notion to happen?
