*** City v Leicester - official-match thread***

Postby Scatman » Fri Feb 05, 2016 9:18 pm

Until someone does an official one.

Navas out, Tin Tin Out...

Fernando in, back to 433 and sterling in for nacho or keep nacho in the three?

Or stick with 442 with Sterling stepping in for Navas?

442 didn't look great against Sunderland so I'd go for 433. Would be a shame to see Nacho step down but he's had a decent run and a week back in his box might be a good idea.

Lets hope for lots of free beer in honour of Sun Jihai and all his compatriots.

Edit (WW) made it official

Eh Scatters, can you just make it official or at least a pre-match thread. I do get superstitious with this kind of stuff.

It's an odd line up but with no KDB, Navas or Nasri what do we do? A more likely is

Are you leaving out Sterling intentionally? I can't decide if he is being unfairly overlooked or well managed at the moment.

Yes I would leave him on the bench. Maybe he can make an impact as a sub for the last 15.

Silva and Sterling either side of aguero for me, with yaya, dinho and Delph if fit in the middle.

Nacho would be my impact sub if needed for this one. Let's not get all negative and play Fernando, we don't keep clean sheets with him we just stop attacking.
Tracking back is overrated.

The Leicester owners are Thai not Chinese. We will probably pack midfield.

I really hope that if we win the league and Leicester come second, we do it by beating them today.

I'd hate for us to lose today and then have them choke.

Had to dash for a train as it suddenly dawned on me I was running out of time. Bloody early kick offs.
Pretty excited at this one and who would have thought that about a game against Leicester?

Can't wait to see Otamendi and Dimichelis give another masterclass in how to totally nullify the threat of an in form pacy forward.
