Which tix are assisting him?
Michael Oliver will referee this year's Capital One Cup Final between Liverpool and Manchester City.
The 30-year-old will be assisted at Wembley Stadium by Simon Bennett and Adrian Holmes.
Bobby Madley has been appointed as Fourth Official, while Eddie Smart will be the Reserve Assistant Referee.
Oliver, a member of the Northumberland Football Association, has been a domestic official since 2003 and a FIFA listed official since 2012.
He made his Football League debut on March 10th 2007 in a Sky Bet League 2 encounter between Hereford and Grimsby Town.
His Premier League debut followed three years later, taking charge of a game between Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers in August 2010.
Oliver has officiated at Wembley before, most recently in the FA Cup semi-final in April of 2015 when Aston Villa defeated Liverpool 2-1

Bobby Madley being anywhere near a Wembley final is a bloody disgrace. Way to reward him for being utterly shite.

It'd be nice if the club provided daily feedback on how many tickets are remaining. I need to wait until Monday afternoon as my lad has 1000 points less than me. If I know that tickets are running out by Saturday then, reluctantly, I'd buy mine and he'd miss out. I had to do that for the Stoke final back in 2011 but it's the only one he's missed out on.
Not too much to ask for really, just a bit of information from the club to keep us fans informed?

I agree mate. I am nervous as me and my lad are 9am Tuesday. Already booked travel and would hope I would be ok. I really don't understand how people have got so many points? I saw some fella say he had 16k. Is that even possible?

The whole Platinum season ticket malarkey is a complete farce. Newer richer fans can jump ahead of longer less fortunate ones. Can't believe City even thought about such a policy, let alone followed it through.

I know plenty with over 16000.
They go preseason and all European games. And have done for years.
Anyway the important thing is I have mine on the pin board at home.
I have heard it suggested we might not sell out. Don't panic

That's serious dedication. I would love to do that.
They only started counting in 2003. I have had a season ticket for 10 years of those 13. Apart from my 3 year sabbatical in france and I only have 4k points. I used to go to pre season games until we were taken over and decided to do tours abroad. I probably go to about 3 - 4 away games a season. All the cup home games and all semi finals and finals.
I don't know how I have got 12k behind. I suppose not doing platinum doesn't help.

The Sunderland game was bad. There were plenty of Sunderland fans in my section as well, and they didn't even have the courtesy to shut up when they scored.
The Stoke final was completely sold out, though. I think we could have sold out both ends for that final.

Blue Check Café sounds promising, but no trip to Wembley is complete without a curry at the Blue Room, so I'm not even bothering trying to get tickets this time ...
