I see this morning that Trevor Brooking has said that City and Chelsea are stunting England's future by 'hoarding top talent' without the intention of playing them and uses Patrick Roberts and Ruben Loftus-Cheek as examples.

Not sure what the motive is for such a statement. To put kids off coming to City or Chelsea in the future?
