What another stupid fake competition. If we ever get to the point of competing in this (I know it means we have achieved the holy grail) but I already hate the thought of a waste of time stupid competition thats only ever won by Europe or South america

Is the sacking of Jose a coincidence? Leaves it open Pep? Really hope not

Mourinho being sacked whilst Guardiola is still in employment at least until the end of the season is pretty far away from being a coincidence.

I'd like to see City play in it. And in Tokyo.

It would mess up our December though, so we'd have a fixture pile-up in the New Year.

Pep to announce his decision after Hannover game on Saturday. If he is sticking to his "philosophy" then surely that means either signing new contract at Bayern or going to Chelsea next year?

I'm not following, why does it mean they are the only outcomes?

Well, he always says that he won't discuss jobs where there are already managers in post. Unless of course, he just comes out and says he is leaving Bayern

Ah I get you, I think it will just be an I'm staying or I'm leaving, don't think he'll mention his destination should it be the latter.

There is no way he will announce he is joining us given its the middle of our season. He likes a bit of attention.

If he decides to leave he will probably just say to the media he is not renewing his contract with Bayern, and leave it at that. There's probably at least two clubs that could make room for him if he was available in the summer (with us being one of them) plus Chelsea looking like it will have a caretaker manager until the end of the season. I still think we're the most likely destination for him.
