With delph and the ferns fit. Yaya should not be starting the game in Saturday. If he does I think I will explode.

taking last night in isolation you can argue he's doing fine.

My point was -- over the last month, on average, he's been...bang average. And he came in with a rocket strapped to his fucking back, and plenty of jetfuel it seemed.

what happened?

cheers

p.s. i agree about him playing centrally btw...tho he does get some great balls into the box on the floor as well when he's wide. he's perplexing to me right now. Thusly, the post.

cheers again

All this talk about playing a high line and pressing yet it doesn't suit many of our players eg Yaya De Bruyne Sterling. Always tricky to get technically gifted players to do their defensive duties of course. Still we can't afford so many players disappearing as the Opposition launch a counter attack. Our defence isn't good enough to cope.

Pogba or de Bruyne last window? The Club balked at Juve's huge demands but he's a heck of a player and covers the ground. Now Barca will probably get him.

Pogba, is going to haunt us if he ends up at Barca.

Pogba isn't the answer either.

What happened? What happened to the rest of them? Its not just kevin. The majority, Kevin included, are not where they should be performance wise.

I am amazed that he seems to put at least two chances on a plate for the striker in every single game he plays in. For club and country.

He'd be streets ahead of everyone else in Europe again this season for assists if our lads could finish.

Great signing, but is suffering from the dip lately.

a proper rest?! wtf! you mean like tranny and messi don't ever have but still always perform at the highest level?

I think tranny and Messi have a rest every week unless their teams are playing each other. They can get a cigar out in that league.

A match sharp Aguero would have gobbled up that Sterling chance. Kevin shows quality on the ball every time he plays even when he's not on top form. The trouble is he doesn't put a shift in when the ball is lost and that's what Pellegrini supposedly wants from everyone.

it is more than a drop in form. when he first arrived he was tracking back and workig hard off the ball. lately his workrate has dropped and he seems a step slower. i hope its just fatigue or a knock and not a bigger issue like being unsettled/unhappy...

I think we can safely say he earned his wages again this week.

I'm really enjoying watching him play he's a very intelligent footballer. He's a defenders nightmare he's as good at getting into a goal scoring position as he is at setting his team mates up for goal.

Come the end of the season he will have played a big part in a lot of goals that's for sure.

That was a much better performance from him yesterday. His work rate off the ball was excellent and he was even better when we had the ball. A goal and 2 assists and motm

If he works hard he could be the next Buster Phillips in my opinion.

He's possibly the most complete player in my time following city.

He has amazing work rate, excellent shot on him, precision passing and so technically gifted.

What a signing. If we can keep him and silva on the pitch together and get kompany back with otters then we'll be out of sight by feb
