Thought he was excellent first half, second half non existent. Whether that was down to the change in shape/personnel at the break or if he just couldn't be arsed I don't know. But that first 45 minutes was yaya at his best.

Scoresheet would disagree with that.

Score sheet is obviously drunk and needs to go home. Last touch from kelechi means it's his.

I get your point though.

Scoresheet may be a little tipsy, but scoresheet had a good bottle of 18yo scotch begging to be drunk. Scoresheet no longer has a full bottle of scotch.

?

He had 3 or 4 of his trademark runs where he blows by players in the 2nd half to create chances. Finishing wasn't there but he didn't fade in the 2nd half at all...

+1 and will be voting for him if and when a MotM thread appears. I said after the dipper game that I couldn't make a case for him in the first eleven. I feel differently again based on today and midweek

Should we not just have a thread like "Is Yaya the greatest ever Premier League player?" I think that's more fitting for him and for us who have been lucky enough to watch him play and win us trophies.

I thought he was one of our better performers throughout. He was trying to lift us all the way to the end.
I hope he has enough in his legs for Arsenal.
I don't think we can get consistent performances out of him , two, three times a week. But we don't have anyone else in the squad that can play his role as well. We suffer without him.
Unfortunately, we quite often suffer with him. When he's up for it, he's a game winner. Hope he's on song next week.

Yaya was head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch against BM and was MOM today again for me. Maybe we should play him once per week but we have no one any where near his quality to step in
