Ref watch.

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Ref watch.

Postby gillie » Fri Nov 06, 2015 9:24 am

Call me paranoid but I think we are going to get some real dubious refereeing over the next few games as we seem to have found our form and I don't think the league could stand us starting to pull away from their favourites in the rags and Tarquins. So this thread is everything it says on the tin.
This weeks Ref is Mr Craig Pawson who I think is one of the worst on the refs list.

So Mr Pawson we will be watching you very closely.

I hope we see a pawsity of mistakes.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

We can only hope that Craig won't be constantly Pawson the match, to award Villa free kicks, or allow Villa to score offside goals!

It will be completely unfair, if Craig tries to get his Paws on this match, by performing an Aston Villa CPR rescue, against us!

So, please no Pawson poison and let's have a fair & honest match from the ref!

... Sorry I couldn't get my Paws on some better puns...
but I do like your new nickname for the ref... Craig Poor(Effort)Son!

Seriously though, we'll probably never see refs like Paul Tierney or Roger East ever again, since they seemed too accurate, honest & fair.
