To cut a long story short, I won some tickets for the cup game on Wednesday and when I went to pick them up they weren't there. This was due to the people that organised the tickets and not City. Nonetheless, Ross took pity on me (he didn't have to) and contacted me the next day and arranged 4 comps for this weekend in the cushioned seats. So a big thank you to him and City.
