edit: IF TRUE...........Samuel is the only one reporting this, and UEFA haven't charged City yet. The story suggests that some unnamed official has been told by some other unnamed UEFA official that we have been reported for it.

It wouldn't surprise me if this was an absolute load of bollocks and Chinese whispers, or planted by the club with Samuel knowing he likes to have a dig at UEFA
