Omg, dunno how many of you are looking at Bayern - Wolfsburg, but it was 0-1 at half time, now 5-1 after Lewandowski scored 5 times in 9 minutes.

Can't watch any Capital One matches from work anymore (video streaming now blocked) but sounds like we're doing okay enough.

Fernando's in, huh?

How's he doing?

I think Otamendi is going to frustrate the shite out of me this season. He looks like he will be a fantastic last line defender who will put in a few motm performances, but who will also drop plenty of clangers.

Whilst it could have been 5 for us then a remarkable 5 has happened for Lewandowski for Bayern tonight who has scored 5 goals in 9 minutes against KDB's old team.

Wolfsburg were winning 1-0 but Lewandowski has banged in 5 goals in 9 mins and Bayern now lead 5-1.

And now back to the stadium of light.......

Looking like a new player. Breaking up play, rounding a player or two, then picking the correct pass

... But sounds like it's time to find a new job

De Breuyne's beating Sunderland on his own pretty much.

Moving around the pitch much more. Last season he was formally involved when we attacked but not really. In this game at least he's gone forward and Yaya's stayed back. I like.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I think I'm as blown away as Sunderland. They mustn't have watched the Juve or Hammers games because they obviously didn't see the way teams have to set-up against us to get anything.

Some good goals but can't believe Sergio wanted all that time. He needs to wake-up.

re: Fernando

Cheers for the replies. Good to hear.

I was hopeful based on what we saw early in the season or maybe it was in pre-season, where I recall seeing some excellent tackles. If as he claimed he was not fit all last season and he could be very useful against sides that want to take advantage with the counter, or may outmatch us with possession (Barca, etc.) which he was really purchased for in the first place.

Me too....bad karma from last year.
Should be playing at least two from the youth.
Firstly they'll be thinking what the hell do we have to do to get a game thus denting their morale. Secondly why risk the fitness of Silva and Aguero on what is, a nice trophy to win for sure, but lowest on the priority list. Last year we didn't play any kids and lost.......they need a test and this is the perfect platform for them and they could easily beat Sunderland.
I'm cheesed of that no lesson has been learned from last year....shame on you Pellers.
Having said all that let's fcku these cnuts up !!!

What risk are we taking with Silva tonight?

I want this trophy this year. A trip for a Wbley weekend is high on my wish list again, but I'd prefer to just go the once as opposed to the two needed for the FA Cup. Not that I would be too upset mind

Yeah my mistake....I'm beginning to wish I'd kept my trap shut !!

Fern2 looks awesome tonight! I hope this is how he plays every week, much more than just a ball winner!

Good to see Sterling finally score with that finish he's been trying for the last 6 weeks too!

I'm off out now to look for Sergio, im sick of the imposter that keeps turning up for us each week!
