Will only boost his confidence even more! I'm feeling like we'll get at least a goal from him tomorrow

I am amazed he got that vote with scum fans out in their droves to try and stop it.

Well deserved Raheem. Hope the manager of the month curse doesn't strike with the players award

Excellent. Glad to see not all football fans are feeble-minded fuckers.

Public vote apparently counts for 10%, but it wasn't enough clearly.

Well done kid.

This game depends a LOT on sterling's performance today imo.

This could catapult him.

England and the damage done.

I'd just retire from international football and stay at City.

Didn't try to pass his defender ont the outside once today. Both him and Nolito flattered to deceive today.

Thought Nolito had a very good first half.

Got to agree, Nolito was solid. Raheem off it a tad but been glittering so far so i'll let him off.

Didn't seem to be moving too well after a heavy knock early on.

Agree about Nolito ( the Spanish Bellamy ), thought he was very good first half.

Nolito was OK in the first half, but way too predictable. Had he tried to beat his man on the outside just once or twice he would have given the fullback a nightmare. As it was now, you couldseefrom a mile off what he was gonna do.
