I think you can add us Irish to the mix.

I'm really worried that we've broken him.

His positional awareness is bloody awful or is it me?

If you don't know where you are, ask a nurse.

I'm pretty sure both him and Lalana have orders from Roy to keep the wings open for the fullbacks. Both of them play way too central today.
Sterling usually keeps wide for City, so I can only assume that Roy's the one to blame.

The forward three aren't providing any more width in this half. As I said, it's the marching orders from Roy.

Can't help but think he hasn't got the bottle for whatever reason. He has pace, we know he can score goals, he has time on his side. Yet something just isn't clicking for him just now. This next season is vital for him I feel and hopefully he will rise to it. If not we have ourselves a dud I'm afraid

On a positive note, at least we have a bunch of talent around him to take the pressure off. But the potential downside is that he only has a bit part role as a late sub.

He definitely needs to clear his head though. As over-hyped as lionel rashford is, he hasn't been scared in any game I've seen him play. Approaches it like a kickabout. And Raheem has 2x the ability, so hopefully Pep can work some magic.

He hasn't got twice the ability though, does he? His only ability is pace. He's Darius Vassell with a shit haircut

For all Raheems faults, I'd take him over Rashford any day. I think he has more ability as well as pace. Just my opinion but he is a better footballer. Doesn't necessarily have a football brain yet, but that can be coached

Thing is mate he does have the ability, that's where a lot of the criticism is unfair and why his current form is so frustrating to watch but it's ridiculous some are now completely writing him off and to make it worse it was the same people overhyping him a couple of years back.

Big opportunity for him today to prove the doubters wrong but he fluffed his lines again, unfortunately.

I'm still backing him to find his form again and kick on, there'll be a completely different atmosphere at the club next season which hopefully will help him thrive.

He's 21 ffs! He's younger than Kane! Stones! Barkley! Dier! All the 'future' of England. He could retire now and have won more in his short career than any of those will both at a personal level and club level!

For natural talent and ability he shits all over 3 of those!

Give him a chance ffs!

Scouser in work was adamant that they got £50 million for him. Wasn't having any of it when I told him it was £44 mill. Anyone got any proof it was £44 mill so I can ram it down this bin dippers throat?

People like to harp on about fees. It's not the lads fault we paid what we did, United have just spent 30 million on someone who know one had heard of two weeks, football has gone mad.

Why as City fans we wouldn't want to put a collective arm around the lad and really get behind him is beyond he. He is hated outside the walls of City so that should make us want to help and get behind him even more. If we can get him back to his Liverpool form of 18 months ago we will have a real player on our hands. We saw against Seville just how good he can be.

Fuck England and all the fans that have made him a scapegoat, just a load of bitter people IMO. A lot of his treatment relates to him leaving Liverpool, an institution of a football club for oil rich City.
