What I thought most disgusting with the whole situation was how the Chelsea fans were chanting Costa's name after the sending off. What a despicable bunch of twats they are.

Shrek used to perform those antics - trying to get people sent off. I remember one derby when Vinnie went in for a tackle with him and the fat twat just went down and rolled around like a beached whale until he saw the ref getting his book out then immediately jumped up and sprinted passed both the ref and Komps. Those type of players are sly twats, and say what you want about Keane but he wasn't one of them. He'd be on the other side trying to twat those players (see Shearer at St James' when the rags played there).

I was watching the chavs game in the townley and when Costa was being subbed and the fans were cheering him by chanting his name I turned to a table full of City fans and said "There is no fucking way I would cheer that cunt of a man and would deffo not want him in a City team".He is a horrible fucking human being end of.

How does this guy not get sent off EVERY week? Apparently he hasn't been giving his marching orders since 2010. That's mind boggling.

It is very strange how he gets away with it. Every official must see what he does yet they seem oblivious when it comes to them officiating a game he is in. But why?

The only thing I can think is that it brings something to the PL brand and although we can see it for what it is, maybe the headlines far outweigh the negative factor.

He's perfect for this league, the PL/Sky/media love this sort of shit.

It was utterly ridiculous. They were praising him and clearly feel he should be able to do that as 15 years ago none of the incidents would net even yellow cards.

So, players should be able to slap players in the face multiple times in a row, gesture to referees to pull a cards, and generally act like a 12 year old bully on the pitch?
