Got my Spurs away ticket in the post this morning. Last time I went was opening day with Lineker and Gazza playing for them. Football had changed forever and it was noticeable more relaxed and groovy as an away fan, with colours on show.
That was 25 YEARS AGO, just after Italia '90.

Not a fact as such, but I'm finding harder to worship players now that most are younger then me.

Yet still feel young when taking sessions with seniors over here.

We were playing Coventry away in the days Brian Horton was manager.Got off a minibus in a car park in Coventry bursting for a piss after drinking cans of beer on the journey down , got arrested by the West Midlands fucking police along with 3 other mates who also needed a piss , spent the afternoon in Coventry nick , we got hammered 4 nil !!!
