Arsenal was in F.
I "think" the winner of E plays second in F. Winner of F plays second in E. They don't want teams from the same country playing each other in the first round of the knockout stage.

Ah that makes sense. So in other words groups the consecutive pairs of groups must be made up of teams from different countries.

We cudnt go in barcas group because 2 English teams were already in the second half of the draw - groups e,f,g,h arse and Chelsea

We couldn't get Barca because there were already two English team on that side of the draw. Two English teams on Tuesday and two on Wednesday.

playing on tuesday or wednseday dictates what group you're going into? I suppose they did that for TV money? Also another layer of control and obfuscation for their corruption.
Watch the final team only be able to play in group D
