No reason to not top that group.
All decent travel trips for the club.

Two German teams in the other side of the draw and Astana in the Paris group. Borussia are not the team they were in the 1970s. That was a bloody good side. Nicky Reid's debut.
I am puzzled why Seville couldn't go in the other side of the draw though. Both sides already had two Spanish teams in...

Do we class that as 'a group of death?' It's tougher than the other groups but maybe not a G of D?

Tedious to play an Italian team again, a Spanish team again and a german team again.

The really good thing is that we have 3 teams with a slow start.
I saw Juventus and Sevilla, both are having huge problems because of the transfers and because of the players they lost. Juventus really feel the absence of Vidal, Pirlo and Carlos, while Sevilla have huge problems without Bacca and A. Vidal.
Juventus are more vulnerable, if you ask me. They won everything in the last years and they are not ready mentally to go all the way in UEFA again. We might have a group when he will be out. We need to start really fast and powerful.

I believe on paper it looks like the toughest group for sure. Again. Typical City.
I still think we'll top it, but it's just comical really. Could we balls it up and finish 3rd tho? For fucking sure we could.
cheers

We're better than any of those teams and I'm confident we'll win the Group, especially as de Bruyne will be on board for these matches. Juventus aren't as good as Bayern, Sevilla and Roma a wash and Borussia and CSKA well we were so shit against CSKA that surely we'll do better against Borussia!

Could anyone get me a ticket to the Borussia away game? It's just about a 2.5 hour drive for me.

Tough teams, but it could have been worse.
If we are on our game, we can beat them all. I wouldn't think any of them are happy to have us in their group.

No reason to worry this year IMO. Three teams we should beat at home and two we should beat away with a draw at Juventus. Best chance yet to top the group.

we did really well to avoid the larger teams ... We could have done better than Juve, but all things considered, I'll take it and take the credit we'll get for making it out of the group.
We seem to have our swagger back and I wouldn't bet on any of those teams to win @ ours.
