In House ticket exchange

Postby MaineRoadblue » Mon Aug 24, 2015 2:14 pm

This season, we are offering Seasoncard holders the chance to trade their home Premier League match ticket via our new in-house MCFC Ticket Exchange service.

The MCFC Ticket Exchange is live now for the Watford home match on Saturday 29 August (kick-off 3pm), and available throughout the season for home Premier League matches.

With MCFC Ticket Exchange, if you can’t make it to the match, don’t worry as someone else can and will be able to purchase your ticket, which will appear as an available ticket through all the Club’s sales channels.

Please be aware of the following rules for MCFC Ticket Exchange:

• Only Seasoncard holders, including Premium Seats Seasoncard holders, have access to trade their ticket on MCFC Ticket Exchange

• As a Seasoncard holder, the MCFC Ticket Exchange allows you to re-sell your seat for any of the remaining home Premier League matches, with a limit of up to six (6) matches being allowed to be traded per Seasoncard holder

• Supporters will be able to place their seat for trade when the match is first placed on sale (approximately four weeks prior to the match being played)

• The listed seat will not become available for other supporters to purchase until such time the match has sold out OR seven (7) days prior to the match being played, whichever comes first

• If your seat sells, Gold and Platinum Seasoncard holders will receive the equivalent funds for one-nineteenth (1/19, one Premier League match) of your Seasoncard price to be used as credit towards the purchase of your Seasoncard for the 2016/17 season. Superbia Seasoncard holders will receive one-nineteenth (1/19) of the highest priced Gold Seasoncard (£900). Premium Seats holders will receive the equivalent funds of one twenty-secondth (1/22) of their Seasoncard price

• Your Seasoncard credit for the 2016/17 season is only processed on the successful trade of your match ticket. You can view your e-purse account online where you can see your credit increasing as traded tickets are sold

• There are no additional fees for selling your seat and you will retain all of your Seasoncard Ticket Points. No refunds or cash alternatives are available

• Manchester City Football Club reserves the right to not to offer a match on the MCFC Ticket Exchange even if you have been able to forward trade your ticket.

Here’s how to use the MCFC Ticket Exchange:

Go to mcfc.co.uk/tickets and then:

• Log in to your account
• Click on ‘My Account’
• Click on ‘Ticket Exchange’ under ‘Summary’
• Click on ‘Trade’ next to the game you are unable to attend/want to trade your ticket for.

All seats are exchanged subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2015-16 MCFC Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations.

The Ticket Office and Support Services are open Monday to Saturday, 9am until 5.30pm (closed Sunday and Bank Holidays). Get in touch by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 3). You can also ask questions and keep up to date via our official service Twitter account @MCFCHELP or via our online FAQ, mcfc.co.uk/help

Hoepully will be easier than selling on viagogo, however am I right in saying we dont get cash for selling the tickets?

ALL traded match tickets will receive one nineteenth of the price you paid for your SC. That one nineteenth will the go into an e-purse account and at the end of the season the amount in the epurse will get deducted from your SC renewal.

Smart move by the club imo. If you want cash. Use Twitter.
