As much as he gets the heat at time, I want to give a big shout to Jordan Pickford.
A fantastic performance yesterday and a bit thanks on giving the world a thing to smile in these horrible times.

Here is to you, Jordan! :D

Liverpool Echo put up a page for fans to send messages of support to VVD, I wonder what
could possibly go wrong in candlepool

The Liverpool Echo's tweet was accompanied by a black-and-white image of Van Dijk, along with the caption of 'send a message to Virgil'.

The initial tweet and website have since been taken down after rival fans, unsurprisingly, ridiculed the post, which led to 'RIP Virgil' to trend on Twitter in the UK.

Fans have laughed at the publication's efforts to show support, leaving many to jokingly question if the defender had fatally suffered a much more serious injury.

Who are these four world class centre halves? I can only see one, and he is out for the season. Yes, whoever played alongside Dyke last season did well, but I think that says more about Dyke than it does about the others. I guess we will see between now and January just how good Gomez and AN Other are, without the Liverpool fans there to cheer them on.

They weren't too good against Villa and that included Van Dick!

You have to wonder about the standard of education in England when they produce people who say things like this -:

Should Aguero be considered a Champions League great?
#bbcfootball or text 81111 (UK only)
SMS Message: Sergio Aguero is a wonderful goalscorer and definitely a Premier League great but not yet a Champions League great. Divock Origi, with two goals in a semi-final and one goal in a final, has a more valid claim to be a Champions League great. from Tony, The Wirral.

two goals in a semi, one goal in a final, but how many very important penalties has he missed?

Man Utd net debt increases 133 per cent to £474.1m; total revenue drops 19 per cent to £509m; losses of £23.2m after £18.9m profit in 2019

Becomes very clear about the proposed changes to football

£474M in debt. Mention this to every rag whenever possible

Tony from the Wirral is most probably John Aldridge

A cunt that makes Pepe look like the sort of chap you'd enjoy a few beers with

That’s as maybe, but not every club will be nearly half a billion in debt.

We won’t for a start

I hope we post a big profit - that will wind every one up.

Fat slug Tebas will probably keel over from a heart attack.

Stupid fucking useless rag idiots. You would think they would scrape a draw against a pub team that absolutely nobody has ever even heard of.

We need ole to stay where he is at that wheel, and that's not looking good at all.
