I voted for the player who's as good as Messi, and still not in form.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

That first half was some of the best football I've seen him play.

Not an average performance amongst them, let alone a poor one.

Mangala or Sagna for me.

I'm pretty sure that both fullbacks were fantastic. If Aleks and Sterling could make a love connection soon i'd be happier.

Sagna -- whole different player. Pablo might have trouble getting back into this side immediately tbh. I wouldn't change that starting team for anything until they fuck it up.

cheers

Aguero is the obvious choice, but I thought Fernandinho's overall game being topped off by a marvelous goal, makes him a worthy recipient.
Fine performances all around. Agree about Sagna looking a different player this year.

There was big long one for MOM last week - Silva, team performance today, the spirit of everyone, Ferna running his bollocks off, Silva, Sagna, Pellegrini,..

Sergio for me after much deliberation

Lots of options today. So many fantastic performances.

I went for Mangala. He was absolutely immense defensively, a regular attacking threat and looked very composed on the ball.

Aguero, Silva, Fernandinho, Sagna, Kolarov and Kompany also are worthy shouts too.

An all-round great team performance.

Few of them could easily be up for it. Superb performance two weeks in a row for Sagna. Aleks defending as well as getting good crosses in, Silva is just magical, Komps head back on, Yaya hungry but.....

One player is without doubt challenging for being the Worlds best right now and he'snot even fully match fit!!!!

I really really hope Pellets doesn't start fucking about with this team! Swapping fullbacks and switching between Fern 1 and Fern 2. That was Mancini's biggest downfall imo
