So as things stand we currently have 2 places available for foreign talent this season and 4 [places left for HG players?
Do we have to be mindful of the youth players ages next season, will any of them turn 21 and count as non HG?

Have to be mindful of the difference in the CL squad rules. As we saw last season leaving a player out of the CL squad leads to trouble.

For example, if we want to use Iheanacho in the CL he has to be registered in a foreign spot because he hasn't been registered with the club for 2 years.

For the same reason Sterling has to take one of the association grown spots in the senior squad.

We won't have to worry about that this season. We had to leave someone out because of the FFP punishment.

Zuculini is 22 years old.

I think the rule is that you are counted as u21 if you are still 21 at any point in the calendar year that the season starts.
