I was being calm and polite on the phone as I just wanted my ticket sorting asap.

Had a night to think about it and just sent an email to supporter services giving my 'feedback'. They better bung me a few free warm pints or Jamie Oliver pies on the back of this, but I'm not holding my breath!

"OK major update.

Ive just received a phone call from Danny and he has explained that because of the segregation some seats will be lost. He told me that my seat which I saw last night 494 will become 493, so now I can accept that the club have not been trying to pull the wool over my eyes. He also said that putting us at the back of level 3 or front of level 1 is not acceptable and the only place for us is south stand level 2. I told him I was told there was no availability, he said there is always availability for cases like this and said a new set of seats was going to be installed in block 215 before Sunday and so he has got us 2 season seats in there next to each other. What a great guy, thanks Danny your a star.
