I think it's more of a gamble starting a youth player who couldn't get a game at Valencia vs. a Brazilian international and regular for our club. What is everyone smoking on here? the most pessimistic pot ever

Of course you're right. I had just hoped to see at least one kid in the starting line up. I thought they all did great in pre-season, and I got really excited about having some kids take the step into the first team this season. Seeing the same old same old is a bit of a let down.

But really, why do I care. It's finally CITY TIME again!

Sterling is only 21 (a year younger than Zuculini)

All comments about Kompany show much things have changed.

Vince and Mangala at the back isnt exactly reassuring but I dont think we have a whole lot better.
Hopefully Raheem has a good debut.

Not the best side we've had the last couple of years but right now it's just about getting off to a decent start, so basically about getting the win.

So no matter what guys, just get this done.

Come on City.

Why the fuck did I think Aguero would play today? Made him my FFT captain.

Doh!

City kid. Although one could surely debate whether Zuculini and Iheanacho are more eligible to be called City youth products than Sterling.

He could join ISIS and still get selected.

He even lost the toss.

The count's been to the barber prior to the first match. Good on him. I'm guessing a sneaky night visit last night post-sundown.

cheers
