Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I like him, he is pacy, gets in good positions to cross and if we had a striker that would commit to the near post his assist figures would be much better.
It's just that when he's lining up a chance I have no confidence whatsoever that he's he's going to score.
Not a single goal last season and for a forward that's just not good enough. I will also add though that maybe a couple of goals early in the season might do the trick. Your thoughts ?

Tbh, If we sign who we want to sign I'm not sure he'll play again much. So to be honest - no, he probably won't.

I'm not having a go at him. I'm just making an honest observation. He should score more !! The spurs goal was a beaut though.

I love his workrate, both going forward and defensive. will he score again, I really think so. Most teams, last season double marked him as he a main line of attack. If we have Raheem on the other wing, who is undoubtedly more of a threat and other teams willm see that, therefore giving him more space with hopefully better results in either assists or goals

Really like that hes cut in on his left to shoot a few times this preseason. Hopefully it's something he's been working on.

Not for us, hopefully. He is beyond help as everyone would agree if he didn't wear a light blue shirt. Will surely be on his way once de Brune signs.

Sayonara. Not good enough. Doesn't utilise his talents. If Dzeko was our main man maybe. But he isn't, so ta ta.

There were games during our slump when he was the only player on the pitch that gave a shit. Squads need workhorses as well as thoroughbreds.

Aaaand this.
Having Sterling on the pitch as well will create space for Jesus. I believe he'll be a lot better this season and he wasn't our worst last season by a long chalk.

Trouble is, I'm not sure we'll see him in the team if Sterling is picked.
Can't see Pellegrini playing them both at the same time.

Sterling flourished with Suarez playing left. You could play navas on the right with Ralph sterling on the left.
Silva center of the park, before you axe me about it, homie.
Cheers
