The younger boy will definitely be a man city fan but I will also encourage him to support the swans with the obvious opportunity to go and watch them.
I do love the fans here and I was at the 4-2 game at the liberty and the love for Bony was palpable.
We will win the premier league though !!!
Swansea for me too. Grew up in the next town, and was a Swans season ticket holder when they were in Division 3. £23 it cost back then for a kids' ST on the North Bank.
Blimey the North Bank that brings back memories. I remember going to Anfield in a cup replay and Liverpool won 8-0 !!

I like Norwich and Newcastle. I don't really know why but it may be I liked the colour of their kits when I was a kid

I have no inkling of a liking for anybody else in the Prem.
Plymouth Argyle is my local team and, like the rest of their following, I've tended to go a bit over the years during their limited success periods when I cant get up north. Though not really since we had wall to wall City on the telly or streams - but then they've been awful for years now.

I guess it's unintentionally to do with the manager - I'm glad for the fans that they're not playing longball siege mentality Pulis-brand shite and are quietly building a reputation as a club that plays decent football. I also quite liked 'Marvellous' (about Neil Baldwin).

Saints, given that almost everyone and their mother expected them to perform poorly last season, given the exodus of some key players this time last year. Kudos to Koeman for his efforts and more importantly, for rubbing LVG's nose in it.

When we were relegated they applauded our fans at Upton...even giving a guard of honour.

Like to see North West teams get there and stay there, was particularly nice when Oldham were in there in the early post-Jurassic era. Other than that is whoever is playing the scum unless it is a title rival :)

Always had a soft spot for the toon. Good set of fans seemingly always being let down by Walloper managers/owners.

Traditional club who have stuck to their roots. Old style ground. Surrounded by pretty arrogant fanbases. Yeah, I like them too.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Its truly heartening to click back on the site and see a lot of the answers on this thread, not least because the feeling down in E13 is that the bubble's lost a lot of its shine with other (decent) clubs' fans in the last few years, what with:
1. Our frankly odious owners
2. Tory 'Lady' Brady
3. Getting the OS, and
4. Blunting the Blades...
(the list goes on)
Really hoping that we turn over a new leaf with Bilic. Looks like we've snagged a goodun signing Dimitri Payet from Marseille, but I am not sure about some of the other signings, more out of the fact that I actually didn't even recognise the names before we bought them.
Its a shame to say this, but I actually regret you went in for Sterling and I hope it doesn't rebound badly on you (I think he'll be a success, but his stats aren't that impressive imo - certainly make him a bit of an expensive buy.
Your lot remain the neutrals choice for success in the top four hothouse. And, perhaps obviously, mine too.
Although, I am not averse to Whinger having one last day in the sun, doubling Chelsea on his way to the title.
I'm off to Joan Rivers our ever so glamorous away tie in the 2nd qualifying round of the Losers League.

My favourite 2nd team in the PL is whichever team that takes points off of any of City's top rivals for the #1 spot and the Premier League title!! So, I always have a soft spot for any of the bogey teams that consistently take points off of our main rivals!
Walmai, you may be unenthusiastic about the Europa League, but playing pre-season matches that actually count towards West Ham's club ranking are certainly more helpful for West Ham, than playing friendlies.
