Anyone noticed how when the Messi story broke the red tops were all like "rags one of the possible destinations" and "how they can afford him" and "just the sort of high profile signing they are used to"

Now that's is blatantly obvious to anyone with a pulse they've got zero chance of pulling it off and City are actually the favs and more likely destination, its "Messi will cost £500M", "how will he adapt to the rigeurs of the PL", "is he value for money" etc etc.

They just cant help themselves. Maybe if we did sign him, the media would start to report us more favourably?

I don't think that is odd, to be honest, tho moment we became a threat to the system, we became public enemy number one.
I am just amazed that some teams, smaller teams, are against us as we are the best example if we can do it, they can do it.

I hate those teams more than anything, the likes of Burnley, Wolves, Leicester, etc.

We had in 2019-20 the 6th highest attendance in the league, the teams above us have all bigger stads + 6th on fan support in whole England.

I can't get my head around where did this comes from and why still exist.
