Here is a preview for City's next friendly match in Viet Nam, on Monday... It is likely that the same 8 key first team players will still be missing for this match. In addition, Yaya Toure has now been sent home to Manchester, after receiving a damaging tackle from Keylor Navas... Great news for all the new kids though...

Watching some of this United-Barca match..wanna see how Depay plays.
I hope United dont sign Otamendi/Ramos because their defense now is laughably bad

Agreed.
The technique he exhibited in even getting in a shot, in the first instance, was incredible but to actually place it where he did was even more noteworthy.
Unbelievably wonderful.

pretty impressive we managed to get 20,000 people to turn up for an open training session in Hanoi
As a side note - this will be the most expensive game in VN history. SH Bank paid about £1 million for City to show up and the tickets were originally on sale for £20-50 (as a comparison £100 is about the average monthly salary in the country).
Vietnam loves football more than most countries, but they pretty much suck at it. Also expect to see lots of patriotism proper one party style (all praise Uncle Ho). Should be fun!

Hazards goal v Barca was immense. Real shame we didn't get him. Is KDB going to be a similar type of player, ie, in a few years be a great grade A player? If so we must act this window and pay the man what it takes

yep. good goal. best thing about the game was the recurrence of costa's hamstring injury.

Excellent news re Costa. Funny that Sky glossed over that. Let's hope gangrene sets in

Last season costa's hamstring injury had its own thread. It was the most highlighted injury ever in the premier league.
And he was playing every week.
Poor fella.
