Also, if Messi & DiMaria just concentrated on trying to feed Aguero, they would beat most teams comfortably; too many attempts at golazos when they have a pass on. Mostly Messi rather than Dobby tbf.

Serge was great.

Who is that professional geordie, commentating on BeIn sports ?

What a fucking knob. Sounds like he's taking the piss, he's so contrived. Harry Enfield or Paul Whitehouse maybe ?

I had to take my headphones off because of that cnut - but I could still hear him. I ended up having to mute the match as well. He was even worse in the opening match of the tournament, he seemed to think he was Sid Waddell.

But who the fuck is he ?

Presumably an ex player or manager rather than just some random bloke they found working on a building site ?

Well I completely missed his career even if I saw him play, but if it was as 'entertaining' as his commentary, I can't say I'm disappointed.

Having just seen the selection for England I'm considering not bothering watching it. Jones keeps his place at rightback for some unknown reason.
England XI: 1 Hart 2 Jones 3 Gibbs 4 Henderson 5 Cahill 6 Smalling 7 Wilshere 8 Delph 9 Sterling 10 Rooney (c) 11 Townsend

I wish I could answer your question regarding Jones Dameerto but I cant....but its ridiculous. If Im managing Slovenia Im instructing to attack down Englands right side all game... As mentioned previously, Clyne must be thinking somethings up, unless he's injured, but if he was, he wouldnt be benched, surely

The Beeb have just written that England have used 10 different back fours in the last 9 games. He should have a clue by now of a first choice (with deputies) surely. The only player he seems settled with is Cahill.

I'm not surprised Milner was pissed off at not being an England regular. Henderson, Wilshire and Delph? Fuck me, that is one dreary midfield.

Rag player; ensuring the hoards will sign in?

Pity there's not many more City players in there, and even though we ain't got many now, it mustn't have worked when we fielded half a team.

I want to see how Streling plays, as a pointer to if he's decided on his future.

Not sure why he thought a close range chip would be better than placing it round the keeper but oh well.

Milner started in midfield against ROI and was pretty dreary in the middle himself. We just don't have any star midfielders at the mo.

Correct. And the fact the Henderson is the new Stevie Me, it's so hard to get behind this team.

You'd always think that in the current set-up that players would come from a multitude of teams, yet we stick with, what is essentially, the Sky 4.

How's Gibbs got on this season; obviously plays game in, game out?

Quite like the look of Delph, but Jones smalling and Henderson absolute bizz and rooney with this record goal tally in friendlies and no important games is bullshit too never does it in the big comps, and as I type the defence gets split wide open pure keystone cops moment

That's how you beat a high defensive line.

Complete piss-take but with the likes of Wiggy upfront I'm not sure that we can get one back.

Can we blame Jones for that?
