£36 million plus add ons

WHY THE FUCK DO THEY NOT REPORT IT AT £58m????

Cuz that's how much it is with add-ons ...

Or start reporting ours at what's up front fee like sterling is £44m then and not £49m ...

Does my head in how everyone else's spend is told at the lowest possible figure and ours fucking include the cost of diesel used to carry player for his medical and the mineral bottle of water he consumed while there.

You know I'm beginning to think that Van ghoul is secretly on our payroll if we wanted the "good" work by Moyles carried on he couldn't have done a better job

Van Dijk to Southampton - very possibly a good move for them, one half of Celtic's central defence last season alongside Denayer. Let's see how he does in the Prem.

How about Berahino sounding like he is saying he won't play for West Brom anymore?

I thought just the same. Sky will be showing us as the top spenders including all the add ons. When they do the net spend they won't include any money received for Dzeko or Jovetic as they are loans and nothing for Lopes as the fee is undisclosed.

Apparently Chelsea have 33 loans on the go. This is part of their business model. Buy players cheap, loan them out, either make a profit eventually or rarely like Courtois bring them back to play in the first team.

Arsenal fans should be fucking outraged at those numbers. Wenger is a fucking idiot/magician if he gets top 4 investing so little.

He's like that one cunt in every office who has to do shit the hardest way possible just to prove he can, at the expense of everyone else's sanity or joy.

cheers

Every fee is undisclosed these days.

That table is about as useful as an inflatable dart board.

The Newcastle figure is interesting. Higher than I would have thought.

I don't think it's too wide of the reported mark tbh. Should we all just give up and go back to pencil and paper?

Feel good for both of them, as they always seemed to be great friends. Funny to think that a only few years ago, most City fans would have hoped for something like a Micah/Lescott CB pairing in the future. Hopefully now they can show their ability on the pitch

They remind me of our old Dunne - Distin CB partnership. Good pairing for a mid table club (but both would need to be replaced if they want to take the next step..not that it's gonna happen anytime soon at Villa tho)

Really hope they do well.
Especially as I have both in my FF team...

These numbers, just like those produced by sky, have us paying £49m on sterling and the dippers receiving £49m. The dippers only received £35m as QPR get the rest and the total was £44m. There are add ons but these are not met as yet, and they are largely dependant on us winning the league and champs league this season.

Can Martial even play for United in the CL? He played for Monaco in the CL qualifiers...or is that technically a "separate" section and therefore doesnt count?

Apparently he is not cup tied and can play.

http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/footba ... ter-United

The rule says: "A player who has been fielded in the first, second, third qualifying round or the play-offs of the Uefa Champions League or Uefa Europa League is entitled to play in the Uefa Champions League or Uefa Europa League for another club as from the group stage."

Guess that somewhat kills the argument Otamendi was left out so he would be eligible for us.
