As England have 4 spots, how many do we get if we win the Europa and Champion's League the previous year? Six?

If those cup winners were 1st and 2nd domestically, would this mean that 6th place in our league qualifies?

I'm sure that after the Liverpool situation it was said that no country would ever have more than 4 teams in the CL

Yeah, I am sure UEFA have some rules, I just don't think most of their officials know what they are.
