Been in the mail and independant that there is a belief he'll quit barca in the summer and the temptation will be to much for city to resist

I dont know much about him in management, and for anyone to manage Barca for one season to then be the saviour is not for me. He is still an unknown quantity, any team with the quality Barca has will make a manager look good.

I would prefer to stick with Pellers personally.

elections again for the president, if its a new one it usually means a change of manager as they want their own man who wont undermine their administration.

I believe he is of the mancini ilk, no?

In that he likes to stamp authority around the place. Probably not what the club are looking for.

When Messi's in this kind of form he could make Stuart Pearce look like a great manager

I am sure we could afford a good muzzle and a personal hygienist.

I think he's done really well there. They looked all wrong initially & lost a fair bit of the Pep type style, but now they have got a lot of that back but are a bit more direct at times & it doesn't seem to have impaired them, now they have got used to it. Of course, whether he could get a new bunch of players operating the same way, starting from scratch, is an entirely different question. Pep can.

Not for me. Totally unproven and though he has done well, he has had the front three score 111 goals this season. That's more than most other sides in Europe. Not saying winning in Barca is easy because it won't be. But stats like that make it a whole not simpler. I imagine the team talk is simply, "Busquets or Rakitic, you win the ball. Foul if you need to and don't worry, you will hardly ever be penalised. Give it to Iniesta or Messi and let them do the work. If you other boys make a few dummy runs to create space then that would be good. Alba and Alves, don't worry too much about defending, just bomb forward. Mascherano will just foul, sorry tackle, anyone who gets in the way. Once we've got a couple of goals the referee will help us maintain it and if their goalie has a blinder, the referee will duly oblige a penalty. Neymar, are you listening, fall over a lot and eventually the referee will buy it. One last thing, you are all paid shitloads, run about and press the opposition, it's what the fans want to see. You can get a cigar on after about an hour". Simples
