Apparently it is 25 years to the day the dippers last won the league. Funny how for a group of fans who live in history, it's not been mentioned much today.

Whatever your thoughts on Mario you can't blame him for this shit performance. He's has about 20 touches of the ball but only one real chance of scoring when the ball came across from Johnson, and even that took a deflection away from him.
Whether the rest of the players hate Mario or not, they don't really give him a chance.
I kind of agree. But it's games like this where he finally gets the chance to show his ability and attitude are better than the shit he gets but predicably he turns in a useless effortless performance. If you're playing shit at very least work hard.
Don't get me wrong, I can't stand Mario as a player but for me it looks as if Brenda is going to use Mario as a scapegoat. How can anybody expect a player to play 100% when he's not had a run?

Brenda did it last time they weren't cutting it and now they are in the same position Mario's expected to pull it out of the bag. Whether that be Brenda's or Mario's fault for not actually making the game makes no odds, surely as a manager you'd only play somebody who you thought could win you the game, and give him the service to boot?

I think rodgers might well get the chop. They have a habit of culling manager of the year from the previous season.
Mind you its fully deserved bringing markovic on as a right back. I pissed myself at the tactical genius

Yes, they just need that final piece in the jigsaw. Funny thing is, I'm sure Brenda said Liverpool were going to finish second only last month....#deluded.

Yep, the press were singing his praises of tactical genius, and now it's all changed. His words, not mine.
I wonder why?
Seems like another Butthead to me, falls upon a system that works but can't then adapt that system/those players to suit. In other words, inept.

The script is perfect as far as the dippers go.
One more transfer splurge for rogers. That should involve him being sacked during next season and them being stranded mid table for the long term.
Pity we fucked up our part of the script, although finishing second would be a decent recovery and ahould help with the euro pots etc.

Seems like Klopp and Dortmund got it right with their slow approach tonight. Until the silly self inflicted red card with five mins to go in Extra time , they looked the team most likely to score. Now it's penalties. So anything can happen.
Edit:
Deary me ! Lahm and Alonso both slip on their penalties 2-0 Dortmund so far.
Goalie saves the third from golden boy and Neuer guesses correct to say the third , still 2-0.
Neuer steps up to take the fourth and misses. Dortmund go through to Final.
