Recently picked his top 11 and I'd say he did a pretty good job:

Top scorer in the league and heading for 30 goals again.

The finest striker in the league over the last 4 years.

The greatest goals per minutes ever seen of all the top strikers ever seen in the premier league.

Never nominated for POTY.

It is odd, but do you think it has a lot to do with the fact that he's generally been injured or in a really poor run of form when voting takes place?

Interesting if true, because it's something the club's sports scientists need to have a look at why he tanks between jan-March which (from my very scientific off the top of my head research), seems to always happen

He was nominated for both awards in 2012 OD however has never made the PFA XI.

Ridiculous but I reckon Sparty is one to something there, players are that thick they can only see who's on form at the time of the voting and discount the rest of the season.

he's a little cunt.

who cares. those awards are for fuckers. He's won two Prem titles which resonates much more when he's 50 than some fucking queer ass team of the year award. Who fucking cares?

Not. Me.

cheers

He should be given Christmas off every year to go and sit in the sun.

Like Fergie used to do with Ronaldo.

Only problem then is other players end up wanting a holiday too. Pellers should find a way to manage that hahaha

Close to signing a new 4 year deal that would mean he would stay until 2020.

That would be quite good news given the rumour that he was to go back to Argentina after the 2018 World Cup.

How much would he demand in the current climate if huge transfer fees?

If it's us selling him - probably a loan for a year then £15 million.
If it's any other club - most likely £70-80 million I'd guess.

With the reported Pogba price and average Prem players going for 25 mil (same price as Silva and Yaya) then he's gotta be well over that price mate. They're talking 250 mil for Messi, is Sergio 3 times behind?

To us, he's definitely up there with the Messi's. But I think purely because he plays for City he doesn't get the recognition he deserves and that would put his price down.

How many 'Player of the Season' awards has he got and how many should he have?

Never even been in team of the season either has he?

£100m at least I'd have thought to buy him in the current market with the length of his contract as well

If the Rags came in for him we'd be at 200 million after the Pogba reports.

If the real big clubs came in for him, and they were serious, he'd easily command more than Pogba.

Disagree. He'd prob go for less than Higuain. His injury record works against and, right or wrong, the fact that he lacks the personal awards would work against him

Have to agree. His injury record impacts on his 'market value'.

Higuain is not in the same League as Aguero, not even close.

And Higuain's doesn't? Both the same age and Aguero has to date played over 5000 more minutes of senior football than Higuain.

Definitely looks a bit chunky.
Has a bit of work to do in the fitness department, I would think.
