Phillipe Coutinho - The best player in the league

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Phillipe Coutinho - The best player in the league

Postby Original Dub » Mon Mar 02, 2015 7:09 pm

Or so every fucking media outlet today is saying.
"A front runner for poty".

Thoughts?

And this is exactly what typifies the bin dippers.
I hate these cunts.

Look at the title ffs. The content is something to behold. Light a candle, it's quite dark in here:

Only if POTY stands for pussy of the year.

Good player but equal to or better than Hazard, Silva, Kane to name just three?

He's a good player and for what they paid for him I think he's a great bargain. He also put some of ours to shame yesterday with the intensity of his tackles, embarrassing for us given his size.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that it'll be John Terry this year. Might even have a bet on it to lessen the sickening feeling of he does win.

Utter bollocks. Where was he at the start of the season? He didn't even play in the World Cup so no idea why is was none existent at the start. Only come to life in recent weeks. Hazard has been better, as has Matic, Cesc, Kane, Sergio....

He's definitely a good player, but to all of a sudden say he has been the best player in the whole league over the course of the season to date is typical of the media bullshit propaganda machine we have our heads dunked into, season after season.

One more splurge of cash and then i want to see them spiral. With that arrogant cunt of a manager getting the bullet - trophyless - by Christmas.

This is why I cannot stand the Dippers and the way the media fawn all over them. They have beat us 3 times in 13 prem league games. U'd think they beat us 10-0 every fortnight the way they talk about the so called hoodoo.Sooner lose to the rags anyday than to these.

It's embarrassing how they all nod in agreement when, as you said, the fucker didn't exist until last few games.

Let them at it, they'll end up looking like cunts.
Again.

But it's bad having to choose between them and the rags for top four.
Highly unlikely neither will make it in.

Ah ha, there I'm in a far rewarding place than you.
I'd rather see Hitler in top 4 than the rags, and on a scale of 10 of who I want to fail, wiggys lot are 10/10, red scouse 4/10 and spuds 3/10
Make that 11/10 for the scum.

No, he's not. He's a good young player but if you're in a team of multi-million pound players (which everyone seems to forget) you need to be dragging your team from start to finish into the top.

I still remember Scotty Parker.

Wankers!

He's had one good month in a 9 month long season - hardly player of the year credentials but it is the dippers and none are more sentimental than the grief monkeys.

Here is my favourite bit though:

I love the way Jordan Henderson bows his head and puts his hands behind his back when being lectured by referees. “Yes, ref. You’re absolutely correct ref.” He disarms them. He’ll save us from countless yellow and red cards in the coming years. No-one talks about Jordan Henderson’s price-tag anymore. £16million in case you had forgotten. Money well spent.

better than any of our youngins.

have we bought someone similar of late?

tell me you wouldn't take he or sterling?

of course he's not the best player. that's ridiculous.

hottest young player in the premiership?

that's a fairer assessment.

he schooled us, and should get some credit our players don't really deserve these days.

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

Unshockingly, i am interested in "make a new hole" part of the above rant.

Go on....

Hazard will win it, I am not sure he is anywhere near as good as people say, Isco has overtaken him on the next world star, Hazard has dipped for me. Kane I am interested to see against us.

I am not one bit interested in seeing Harry Kane up against lead legs Vincent Kompany.....

Standard Scouse overreaction. Its player of the season - not player of the 2 games vs City and Southampton.

I suppose Liverpool are gonna win the league again aren't they. If City and Arsenal do their jobs correctly, one of Utd or Liverpool are going to miss out on the top 4 - seeing that will be fun.
