City fans have always been alternately brilliant and shite. My proudest moments of watching city were the 34,000 vs Blackpool first game in the real third division and the impeccable Munich Derby. But I also remember a riot at Notts County and blues fighting each other at Bradford under Joe Royle. The great humour in the 5-1 defeat at Fulham and the doom and gloom after Barcelona last season. Same old stuff.
