Extra loyalty points for turning up early tomorrow

Postby CTID Hants » Fri Jan 23, 2015 1:48 pm

15 extra points if you arrive an hour early tomorrow & scan your card in City square (from OS)

I Don't tend to go to the City sq events as invariably i drive up from Hampshire so tend to get there close to KO when i come up.

But it got me thinking about the entertainment etc they put, do regulars soak it up or spill out the townley with 5 minutes to go?

Is it not as popular as when it launched? Are they trying to boost attendance with bribery?

just interested to know?

I assume these 'points' are Cityzen points and not Loyalty points although the OS doesn't make this clear...perhaps an attempt to bump up attendance and sales in the cold by conning us into believing we're getting something worthwhile?

I'd turn up even earlier If they hadn't made the u18s game at the academy behind closed doors for no fucking reason

Tis a nonsense isn't it. One minute they make a big deal of the CFA with the Schalke game and then a few days later they play an official game but it's behind closed. AND without any explanation to all the loyal fans who regularly watch the 18's play.

Almost 100% certain that isn't the reason. I have just been told " Not all the matches that are on at the Academy are going to be open for spectators. It will only be selected matches that are open"

In other words I have been told nothing we didn't know already. Communication at it's best (not) and caring for the fans at it's worst.

Eventually somebody on the inside but not an official voice has said "I think it's only BCD because of safety concerns with simultaneous Cityzens event at CFA. Don't quote me as its not my area but..."

2 things going on at the CFA at the same time and they are not fully ready for it yet. Why couldn't they just say that? slightly embarrassing I guess but not as much imo as having to play behind closed doors and not explaining to loyal fans why.

Loyalty points matter when you buy tickets.

Cityzens points are nonsense something you can use to enter competitions on our website etc
