After Everton's youngsters showed our oldies how to win a game, are there any of our u23s ready to join Garcia in warming the first team bench?

That's a little bit like a rag top statement to me. Granted Davies had a decent game but he was far from showing us how to win games and their two goals came when the game was already won and we had given up!
But to answer the question yes there are a few but you have to have the balls to put them in. If we were not a top four/title challenging side we could have seen Gunn,Garcia, more of Iheanacho, Maffeo, maybe Angelino, Adarabyio ,Roberts and maybe others that don't spring immediately to mind

If our season continues as it is at the moment and we completely fall to pieces in a mid table position, surely there would be less pressure on Pep, as well as the individuals involved, to start bringing some, or a number, of these youngsters into the side.
Being in mid-table would be terrible, but there would be some consolation for us, if one or two youngsters grasped their chances and became first team players.
How do we know, at the end of the day, if they'll be good enough if they don't get the opportunities ??

Any of the regulars at the game?
Can we get a run down of the half?
From what I saw, both goals were taken very well, but City seem to be the ones playing most of the football.
I really like the look of Sancho.
I know I keep saying it but, he really looks a top prospect.

Second half has started a bit scrappy. Quite a few long balls not coming off.

Diallio scores City's second from a corner.
Excellent header and great inswinging delivery from Foden I think.

Great break from City. Diaz put Sancho through and he should have scored.
Then Sancho set Diaz up for a shot that the keeper again managed to keep out.
City starting to put the pressure on.

Nmecha with number 3.
Great work from Sancho keeping the ball alive. Gave it to our Duheaney who put a great cross in and Mmecha glanced it over the keeper. Good header.
