Monthly installments? Who do you think we are? Milan?

Milan? That would be a straight loan with an option for a cut-fee price at the end of the season...

They may want £30 million but I very much doubt it'll be more than £25 million.

Well, we want to respect the FFP, no?

I would rather add 220 mil and buy Messi.

On a serious note, i really have hard time believing that in this time, clubs pay all the money in one tranzaction, i have a feeling that Madrid still is paying the fee for Bale.

Well, he've scored shed loads last year. "Proven" so to say in the Prem. I think we could go for worse options than him. But really, is he an upgrade on Negredo?

But we don't need an upgrade on Negredo, we need a replacement. And this guy can actually play up front on his own, so he brings something new to the front line.

You, sir, are ridiculous.

He's a proven goal scorer who can get something from absolutely fuck all and we have had no one like that since Carlitos left.

We need that to break folks down.

I'm all for the Boneh. Better bet than Draxler or even Mandzucic IMHO.

Not better than Cavani. Or Benzema. But a solid bet with little risk.

Not as far as I'm concerned, but then I was (and still am for that matter) a big Negredo fan, so that could be unjustified bias on my part.

For the price we'll probably end up paying, it just seems so very disappointing.

Lavezzi and Cavani are both 'in trouble' at PSG for arriving back late after the new year commencement and have been 'banned' from their squad for two games. Given Cavani's quoted disaffection in France, I wouldn't mind trying to get him (or even Lavezzi) on loan until the end of the season.

It's a lot of money. But there is no doubt he is a decent player. Is there any better out there for that money, at this time? Not sure.

Absolute no brainer for me ! Bony proven Premier League striker who scores all sorts of types of goals from spectacular to tap ins !!!! Would be even better with the quality of service and movement in any Man City team plus we would be back to the full quota of 4 strikers unless the suits are planning on offloading Jovetic or Dzeko ?? can't really see that happening in the near future though . Bony is similar to Aguero but obviously way short of Sergio,s world class , also free to play in the CL aswell .

I felt let down when the Beast where loaned out. I couldn't really see the reasoning behind that move.

Anyway. I'd rather go for Cavani or Lavezzi too. But if we get Bony, then so be it; I think he could prove to be a sucess.

I thought so. Lot of money if he isn't around for close on a month, when we really need someone. I do think he could be a success here however.
