Balo. These days. He really needs "what does Balo really do" thread doesn't he?
Do they have others? If they do, I guess it tells the whole story if I don't even know who they are.

So yes. For me Borini is deffo their best striker when Studge is not fit. Even today he was the one who actually got into scoring positions

There was this Remy player who would have been quite useful... too bad he wasn't fit enough. Scouse's medical team look like right tits now

From the point of view that you wouldn't want any of the cunts to be feeling especially happy at Christmas, it's an ok result, but I found both teams really annoying.

I'm just glad we weren't relying on either to put in a performance which affected the outcome of our season.

freakin arsenal. i want them to win, partially to see pool and rodgers struggle, but mostly to get them to challenge united and knock them out of the top 4.

they really should be.

if they can keep enough their players fit they really should be in the top 4.

I thought it was a poor game in terms of quality with Arsenal especially poor. Liverpool were the better team but were far from good imo. The standard of likely top 4 teams this season so far has been so poor it's a gimmee that the scum will make top 4

indeed. really ridiculous that as poorly as they have played that they can get in.

i do think arsenal have the quality to make a push into the top 4 after the new year.

they have had a lot of injuries to cope with, but they still need a proper defensive midfielder and extra defender, at least.

i think they will buy a player or two in the january window to address this.

or perhaps another attacking midfielder...hey why break tradition? lol

the Remy rumour was that cocaine showed up on the results during his medical and they decided against it.
I bet the poor lad is gutted.
On Borini, he is crap, but good enough to get into their team as a starter in their current predicament, is anyone else of the thought that he wanted boxing day off?

The price of cocaine has really escalated lately.

Cocaine users are complaining that they're paying through the nose for it.

If they'd signed him & he failed a test after a game though, Rodgers would have looked a proper Charlie.

Italian Super Cup in Doha? Anyway, Tevez scores, Juve in front.

On tonight's game I'm looking forward to the build-up. Surely they'll have a snippet on us and how we've closed the gap.

Anybody else noticed that should Chelsea get beat at Stoke 1-0 tonight, the Premier League table will look exactly the same for them as us ... and I mean exactly the same, not just the points but games won, drawn, lost, even goals scored and against will all be exactly the same ... and should Stoke win 2-0 then we are celebrating Christmas right on top.

This is how it stands now before their game tonight:

POS CLUB P W D L GF GA GD PTS
1 Chelsea 16 12 3 1 36 13 +23 39
2 Man City 17 12 3 2 36 14 +22 39

Should they lose 1-0 tonight, it'll look like this (in which case I wonder if they'll stay top because of alphabetical order?)

POS CLUB P W D L GF GA GD PTS
1 Chelsea 17 12 3 2 36 14 +22 39
2 Man City 17 12 3 2 36 14 +22 39

But should they lose 2-0, Merry Christmas:

POS CLUB P W D L GF GA GD PTS
1 Man City 17 12 3 2 36 14 +22 39
2 Chelsea 17 12 3 2 36 15 +21 39

So c'mon Sparky, get the Pulis spirit going at that notorious cold night in Stoke!

If they can manage to get Costa's temper up and have him out for a red and with it next three games, that'll be as good as a win from our perspective tonight.

Italian match fixing final played in a country that fixed the world cup draw. Now there are penalties missed left, right and centre. I am sure someone somewhere is making a mint from this. ;-)
