Brilliant, he manages to slip in the obligatory 'history' at the end. I don't think much of his Scouse accent though.

He got "outstanding" in too.
Is that a new scouse slang word?

I genuinely hope he gets to spend their transfer money this summer.

According to the BBC it's their heaviest defeat since 1954 - a fitting send-off for Gerrard's last match.

Not only do I want to see Brenda spending their transfer money this summer. I genuinely want him to stay for the comedy factor. They will be so much less fun to ridicule if they end up getting a decent and classy manager.

Yep.
But there would be some comedy value in the gnashing of teeth after lauding him not 12 months ago.
And of course, turning on the manager isn't the Liverppol Way.
I hope and expect him to stay.

I noticed that too. No Scouse accent and the bloke is 41. It's just a wild guess but I'm thinking this bloke started supporting the dippers because they were top of the league when he was a kid down south. It makes me laugh when he tries to claim some moral high ground on spending. Glory hunting hypocrite.

With huge bets on Klopp to join Liverpool midweek, it did look like the Liverpool players had decided they have had enough of Rodgers.

Has there been a worst defensive display than that first half? That certainly makes it easier to move him on.

I rate Klopp highly, if he shows up there the competition for top four is likely to be the tightest yet. Particularly if we are introducing several new players and getting rid of experienced players like Yaya, Milner, Dzeko Lampard etc.

Eerily reminiscent of Mr Erikson's final game, even the spineless effort of the FA Cup final when Mancini was a dead man walking.

In all the biographies I've read though, I can't recall a player ever admitting they blew a game to get the manager the sack, but performances like yestsrday really make you wonder.

I hope they keep him hanging on for weeks, really fucking torment him before booting the smarmy cunt out of the club
