I think a new thread's in order. This one's for you Mr Phips ;-)

Some really interesting matches this weekend where many of the fixtures are too close to call. Apart from the Arsenal and Chelsea matches I found it difficult to call the results in the predictor (no change there then) and I'll be lucky to get any points this week.

Would like to see Hull and Stoke getting something, just for our benefit, but with the form of the Saints and Hammers I can see them getting away wins.

Newcastle v Liverpool 12:45
Arsenal v Burnley 15:00
Chelsea v QPR 15:00
Everton v Swansea 15:00
Hull v Southampton 15:00
Leicester v West Brom 15:00
Stoke v West Ham 15:00

Tomorrow

Aston Villa v Tottenham 16:00

Monday

Crystal Palace v Sunderland 20:00

Yeah I was hearing a Midlesborough kind of accent in my head rather than the obvious Welsh one, which threw me off.

Because I'm on the road a lot I've been listening to a lot of matches sat or sun mornings on the radio.

I enjoy footy on the radio actually with good commentators. The two on talksport now are decent doing the barcodes scouse filth match. Who are they? Its talkshite, BTW.

Well when you look at Newcastle, they are solid defensively, closing down scouse players and making it difficult for them. Like us, pool is having lot of trouble breaking them down with the slow build-up and lack of movement off the ball.
